Rentalmar Family Acantilados

Location & appartment were very good.

I was asked for €550 deposit in the rentalmar office when i called to collect keys. The email from Booking.com stated €50 per adult which totalled €150. The rentalmar staff member demanded €300 for apartment plus €50 per person which came to €550. After a standoff & phone calls being made by her to her supervisor she settled for €300 which was still twice the agreed amount.

Perfect location. Plenty of room for our family. We were able to cook a nice dinner after we purchased some disposable pans.

Had hot water issues, when emailed through booking.com about the issue we got no response It was not possible to dispose of the trash the way the directions read. When we dropped off the key and mentioned this they did not want to hear about it. You are expected to clean the apartment before departure but they do not provide adequate supplies. We had to buy cleaning supplies.

Location ideal for the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. Apartment was ideal for our group- 3 twin rooms and 2 bathrooms. Lovely big balcony overlooking the sea. Facilities fine for what we needed for our stay. Definitely book again if we decided to come to Salou again.

Just a little noisy at night and early morning with the locals if we wanted bedroom windows opened due to heat

Not enough cocking utensils, the bed in the living room was very uncomfortable not enough blankets only sheets showers in the bathroom were overflowing fridge was dirty not enough washing lines to dry a big family clothes,there was no plugs for sinks and was supposed to take rubbish up to the main street though some gates and up the steps but the bottom gate was bolted so my son's had to jump over the gate to take the rubbish out

Amazing balcony. great location. Comfortable for four ladies. Spacious apartment.

No kettle had to hire one, fridge was not on when we arrived, bathroom sink was blocked, but saying that they sorted it out within a couple of hours of us reporting it. No English channels on tv. No Wi-Fi

Location was good by the beach.

Apartment was filthy dirty. One of the sinks was broken and rusty. The dishes were dirty. The entire apartment smelled like garbage and smoke. The beds are the most uncomfortable ever.

Location, right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Good TV

Check in was ridiculous, 2 hours queue Noisy neighbours Temperamental showers, slightly smelly drains. Disposal of rubbish was very tricky and not well described.
