Apartamento Atico en Puerta del Sol

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación al estar al lado de la puerta de el sol

El apartamento estaba bien pero el baño al no tener puerta implicaba el tener que estar cerrando la puerta de acceso al salón y no daba intimidad alguna. Por otra parte eche en falta productos de limpieza ya que si hay un cubo para,fregar el suelo o lavadora debería de haber productos tanto de limpieza como de baño ya que solo había un jabón para todo.

LA UBICACIÓN

EL DEPARTAMENTO, ES INCÓMODO, POR SU ESTRUCTURA.. HAY QUE CAMBIAR EL COLCHÓN DE LA CAMA.

The location Having a kitchen and washing machine was a plus after travelling for a couple of weeks prior to arrival in Madrid

Nothing much was disliked about the property There was enough seating, but it would’ve been nice to have a bit more of a comfortable chair or two in the lounge area

La ubicación

Muy incómodo el apartamento porque el techo es tan bajito que te das en la cabeza. Escalera no para para personas mayores ni niños chiquitos.

Bathroom smell, misleading parking information on website as only public paid parking is available, 1 set set of keys for 4 guests an extra set would’ve been great,

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the place. It is really located close (walking distance) to everything you would like to see. The apartment is fairly equiped, has things you would expect.

We got there in the middle of June, and the temperatures during the day were above 40C. When we entered the apartment, we were confronted with a heat wave as the apartment is on the last floor of the building and has virtually no roof insulation so you can imagine the temperature we were faced with when outside was 41 degrees at 8PM when we got there. We turned on the AC, but it couldn't cool down the place for a day. Also AC is downstairs so it can cool the small sofa bed, but the queen size bad on the first floor is out of the reach of AC. It was so hot we couldn't sleep - we were puting wet towels to cool ourselves during the night. I asked the landlord for a fan to help us cool the first floor and to try to push some cold air up there, but they didn't respond to our request.

Comfy apartment in a great location.

The only thing I didn't like was the smell from the bathroom, but in rest everything was good
