Location is the best.

The apartment is nice with everything you need. It is very close to the Sol metro station,and it has a great location. It was clean inside, the woman was very polite and she was speaking good English.

Only one air-condition is not enough. Even if it was working day and night, it was still so hot, especially on the second floor where the bed is. We were sweating while sleeping. It will be helpful to put a shelf in the bathroom where you can put your shampoo. The stairs are very, very dangerous! The solfa was uncomfortable and was moving during sleeping. But this is nothing compared to the perfect location and the money you pay for that.

no breakfast served. location was excellent - right in the middle of everything and the best restaurant was right next door.

I'm tall, so I had to walk bent over most of the time inside, but that was a minor problem.

We visited Madrid in March when the weather was colder than usual, so it took some time for the flat to warm up.

Good location, right in the heart of town. Everything worked, mini split heat was nice. Clean and quiet.

Angled ceiling is not good for tall people. Pull out sofa is broken and has holes in the foam cushions. Hot water runs out very quickly. Open bathroom doesn't give any privacy. It's kind of hard to get to as you can't drive directly to the entrance and need to walk 100m at least with your luggage. Kind of expensive for what it is considering how inexpensive other places are.

Joan, the lady who received us was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is very central and near to the metro station, restaurants, bars and stores.

Excellent location.

There was an unpleasant smell in the living room, I guess from the wooden beams. There was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom.
