Apartment Mareverde Resort

The apartment was Nice and the host was very helpful. Also very good to have a washing machine.

The garden was small, lack of space for sunbathing.

All very good, no problems

Kids in the pool were a little noisy as I was out most of the time so no real problem

Great location the apartment was perfect good size nice views - partial sea view and mountains the balcony was a good size and had sun from sunrise to early evening comfortable bed would definitely stay again

A normal sized ironing board would be good

The apartment was really nice and the bathroom modern and clean. The pool area was also enjoyable and peaceful. The owner Gaetano was really helpful throughout our stay. Many nice restaurants nearby, a short walk to the beach and 24/7 supermarket on the same street.

The apartment complex does not have its own parking area, but the parking on the street is free.

Spacious appartment with comfortable bed, great kitchen area. You have sun in the balcony all day so it's nice to dry clothes.All nessesary facilities. Quiet area around. Great access to beach and shops.

Pool waterfall sound underneath apartment might be annoying sometimes. Apartment view facing other apartment balconies. Could be more plates and bowls in the kitchen.

it’s location to the local restaurants and proximity to the seafront. It has a on-site bar which serves food and the staff are very helpful with local information.

Arriving in the apartment, it was evident that the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The hall and lounge needs some TLC as there are a lot of dirty marks on the walls. The kitchen needs some maintenance as some of the cupboard sides near the tension. Some of the kitchen equipment needs replacing and the oven could do with a good clean. It was good to have a barbecue outside, but the owner must make sure that the grill is cleaned after each of the apartment. The person that showed us around the apartments needs to give a more in-depth view of what is available within the apartment. There was building work in all of the apartments surrounding the one we stayed in and the work started most days about oh 0900 and finished by 1600. The mattress in the main bedroom was larger than the base so it kept moving during the night. The outlook from the balcony was onto a builder’s rubbish dump.

The apartment is very well equipped Walking distance to the beach and shops

The complex is rather run down and full of cockroaches The polyester bed linens The sofa bed is broken and needs fixing (it doesn't hold together)
