L'emplacement, l'espace, l'hygiène et les équipements

L'absence d'ascenseur peut être un problème avec des bagages lourds pour monter les 5 étages. Sinon tout est nickel.

Lokalizacja :) Praktycznie wszędzie blisko i to albo spacerem czy autobusem, bo przystanku niedaleko. Widok z tarasu nieziemski!

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na pierwszy rzut oka niby w porządku ale spadło mi coś za pralkę i żeby to wyjąć była potrzeba żeby ją odsunąć i tam zgroza. Dodatkowo mrówki w łazience opanowały przybory toaletowe :((( Obiekt niedoinwestowany np. odklejające się listwy przy suficie, porwana markiza na tarasie, słabej jakości ręczniki, dwa łóżka pojedyncze tak niskie, że wstawanie było uciążliwe czy tylko dwa krzesła na tarasie. Nasz najem był na cztery osoby, a możliwości to 6-8 osób. Wg mnie niewiele by było potrzeba aby pobyt w obiekcie był zdecydowanie przyjemniejszy.

Stare zariadenie, vsetko vrzgalo, polorozpadnute. Nutne by sa zisla rekonstrukcia.

Necesita mantenimiento, persiana del salón rota, toldo roto. No tiene ascensor, el menaje escaso y poco limpio. Poca ropa de cama.

Nagyon jo az elhelyezkedèse. Amit tudni kell, 8.emeleten van, lift nincs. Minden konnyen elerheto. Mi Nagyon jol ereztuk magunkat. Dugó elosztot vigyetek, mert szobánként 1 dugalj van, es igy nehéz 2 telefont tölteni

Folyik a mosógép, meg kellene szerelni. Ennyi, minden szuper volt.
