10am checkout is too early. Though we were allowed to leave cases till 2pm. The extra hour would make all the difference. Particularly on a family holiday. Furniture dated and beds uncomfortable.

Easy communication with the host, flexible check in and check out. Excellent location, the apartment has everything you would need during your stay, just like home. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice, cool breeze in the whole apartment, don’t need AC. Could stay here forever

Just returned from the beautiful, homely apartment. A lovely Spanish traditional style apartment in the location just 2 minute walk from shops and bars. Beds very comfortable always hot water..kitchen facilities excellent. Pool area soo quiet was just ourselves there most days soo peaceful and no dash for sunbeds. Will most definitely return. It’s value for money.

Ideal location in San Eugenio, very near to everything, restaurants, bus station, beach and sea all in close proximity, shopping mall right next door, the apartment was super clean and well equipped with everything you needed, great view from the balcony and the bedrooms. The pool was really nice and clean and we enjoyed using the facilities. Artur the host was very nice and helpful, he arranged us the transfer to the airport for a good price and he allowed us to leave our backpacks in the apartment for an additional 3 hours after check out time. Would stay here again.
