Spectacular view from terrace, surrounded by old town, comfy beds, spacious apartment

Check-in was complicated, I got many unuseful emails with incorrect information about the apartment entrance. The staff have to simplify check-in procedure.

Excellent location, beautiful views, well equipt and modern.

Doors are noisy when ope ing and closing, we found the place not prepared for our arrival, the cleaning service arrived just after we entered the apartment (check in is at 15:00 and we arrived at 18:00). Despite of trying to reach out to the business I was not able to contact with anyone.

Picking up the key downtown is a firm walk (25 min) from the apartment. Uptown to the apartment is even more of a challenge for the muscles, probably better to take the public bus up (I think it is line 1 to the Mirador). If possible, the nice people from Cuencaloft can give information. I got a lot of mail info from Cuencaloft in advance, sometimes the same info multiple times. Maybe less (plus info about the proper bus line) is an option?
