Beautiful apartment, stunning views! Above expectations! Location is wonderful in the heart of old Town, 5 minutes or less from bars and restaurants. Very clean, all new renovated with modern design. Bed was very comfortable, shower - the best I had in last few years of travel. Towels and linens are soft, feels like new and spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace cannot be described in words. Sunrise can be practically seen from the bed. Kitchen was well equipped. It was really one of the best facilities that I have rated and stayed in.

I liked everything, but when booking it you need to consider the following: 1. Do yourself a huge favor and park your car on San Pedro parking (even if the cost is a bit higher). The San Pedro parking is less than 100 meters away and when you come with luggage it's huge difference as well as when checking out. 2. Note that you will need to take the stairs (3 floors) in order to get to the apartment (not an issues if you are in fair shape, but please be aware of it)

We generally loved our stay and the property so write these points in a constructive manner. We struggled to make the keysafe machine work at the office, as it requested photo ID and we had only bought NIEs (which had been accepted on the check in online) so we could have been stuck if there wasn't someone in the office on our arrival. The flat was too hot and the temperature is controlled centrally. I sent two messages to ask for the heating to be turned down and no-one replied and there was no change in the temperature. I managed to turn off some individual radiators and open windows to make it bearable but it was an uncomfortable temperature to sleep in, and I think this needs to be addressed. Cuencaloft offer a great service to have someone pick you up at the station with your keys and take you straight to your accommodation but you need to give them 24h notice. Unfortunately we received the automated message after the 24h cut off, so this message needs to be sent out earlier.

Great location and views from the apartment. Comfortable apartment. Plenty of walks around the old part of town although some are steep. Good circular walk along the Jucar river.

No wine glasses. Long walk into main part of town to get the keys.

Everything was great, we loved the location, views, space & it was well equipped. Great bathroom & shower. You can leave the keys at the apartment after check out rather than having to drop them back at the office. Really loved the apartment & would return for a longer stay. Friendly reception agents

The main bed was very squeeky & not so comfortable which resulted in a poor sleep. However, there is another bed in the mezzanine which is more firm & no noise. The collection of keys is a little inconvenient when staying for just one night as the office opens at 3pm in the new part of town, the apartment is in the old part. So you have to either hang about there in town or come back down the hill to collect them. On a longer stay it's maybe not such a big deal.

The apartment was in a wonderful location. The balcony had a beautiful view. It was very close to public parking in the old town.

The shower would not drain and the apartment had no silverware but the staff said they would remedy it. We were told the wrong "closest" parking so double check that.

Really great little apartment with fantastic views. Super comfortable and modern. Perfect location for the old town. Reception was really helpful with suggestions and maps. You can also park for free if you don’t mind a 10 min walk - the other side of the city wall. I was worried that the apartment would be cold after reading some of the other reviews- but for us if anything it was too warm!

The reception was 20 mins walk from the property, and not being able to control the temperature. But otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would use again

Cold - we've been told that heating is disabled and truly it was. Upon our request we asked rental agency to turn it on since nights were really cold in November. At the end owner turned it on totally for 2h from our 3 days trip. We were not allowed to change temperature on thermostat and could only use A/C for heating which was not sufficient. They should unlist heating from booking.com since guests can not use it.
