Gran Suite Horizonte

The best location. It’s located in the quiet area and directly on the harbor with open view over the Atlantic ocean and there is only some steps away from the Supermarket which has everything what you need, the restaurants around by 2 minutes walk. The comfort living room, large kitchen and huge balcony with the whirlpool. Luisa is very helpful host. She has answered sometimes abit late but we’ve got everything what we’ve asked for.

The see thought bathroom and very dark inside the bathroom area. It was not able to shave or even make up.

Great location. Lovely supermarket 100yrds from property. Walking distance to great restaurants particularly the BACKSTAGE Quality finish in the apartment. Easy to communicate with the wonderful Luisa. Very friendly and helpful. Everything in the property that you needed. Hot tub was a great bonus.

Very dirty - oven had food left in it, hot tub dirty water, no pillow cases till I asked for them !! Overall not clean enough They did NOT fulfil the of facilities list, they said they had a pool there is NO pool Very disappointed , air con never worked, broken umbrella- they did replace

Can’t fault the place, Great location lovely apartment. Hot tub and the balcony was highlight of the stay. Host communicated well gave us an earlier check in and late check out also let us keep the bags for a couple hours as we had a later flight.

Very nice large modern studio apartment, great view, sun all day, comfortable, clean but is showing signs of it's rental history, short walk to bars and restaurants a little bit further to beaches, mini mart seconds away, does seem to be big variances in prices for this place not value at the higher prices, entry by key box but communication hard work.

This Apartment is modern, spacious and has fantastic views across the Harbour / Sea; it is in a quiet location with just a short walk down the Pier to the old town; Parking was available at the front to park our car which made life easier. The Balcony was perfect for relaxing and it had the Sun from morning through to dusk, the Hot Tub was great and a perfect way to relax.

A few minor things that spoilt what would have been a perfect Apartment.... - A leak from the Ceiling which dripped directly onto the bed made it very wet which meant for one of the nights of our stay we were not able to sleep in the bed due to it being soaked...not acceptable! - The Curtains were broken and would not fully open; this is really disappointing, especially as it would be fantastic to enjoy the views from the comfort of the bed or Sofa, however, as the Curtains are 3/4 of the way closed, this blocks off the beautiful views. - A glass see-through Toilet door!..... A Glass Door with a mirror directly opposite the toilet...haha! Enough said! Would I stay here again?... Yes I would, but please fix the issues people have complained about. This Apartment has a high price and the standard should match this, however it currently doesn't. Ps. Thank you Holidu for providing assistance during our stay.

The location.

First got there couldn’t get in as lock needs fixing. Water coming through ceiling onto bed from upstairs hot tub.(have photos) Terrible smell from shower with cockroaches. Shower water wouldn’t soak away and came into the bedroom. No support from Host or owner.
