apartment is beautiful very spacious and clean

host doesn't communicate with you shower leaks and goes all the way through the apartment celling drips above bed thinking it's from apartment above

location is perfect and the apartment very comfortable, my wife did struggle though as the bathroom was very dark so she has some problem doing makeup

The apartment was a good base with fantastic views. The hot tub (which was clean) was lovely to have and on a beautiful balcony. The bedroom area and the lounge area was clean. The kitchen was well equipped - it was also handy having the hair dryer and iron. Wardrobe space was great.

The communication was very poor - we arrived at the apartment with no instructions on how to get in. An email explaining the key box prior to arriving would have been helpful. I phoned the host who explained how to access the apartment. Unfortunately when we tried the key in the door it snapped in the lock - another phone call to the host and it was sorted within 20 minutes but not the best start to our holiday after a long day travelling. There is an issue with the shower drain smelling of sewage, ants around the kitchen tops and we had to show a few cockroaches out. A full length mirror with good lighting would be a good addition to the apartment. I asked the host twice if it was possible for a late check out as we had a later flight but I didn’t get a response.

The location was great. Hot tub was perfect. Very clean and modern. Loved syncing my Spotify to the built in speakers in the apartment. We never watched the TV but it was a nice living room area. The sliding doors onto the balcony were 90% sound proof - you could hear the music a little bit from the bars down the round - but we didn't mind that. Perfect for what we needed in a little couples getaway!

me and my husband tried to use the double shower (which was an amazing idea) but the water did leak through underneath the panelling so future showers we only used one in the corner. There was no fully clear mirror with brighter lighting - all mirrors had a modern styled "black" cast over them. (not the end of the world as I don't wear lots of makeup).

Location is excellent, spacious comfortable property with spectacular views! Loved our stay here.

Shower drain issue where shower floods the bathroom and flows into the bedroom, which also causes an unpleasant smell.

Its a beautiful apartment with fab views. Sun om balcony all day long. Great location. 5 min walk from lots of restaurants. Netflix on the telly. Loads of wardrobe space. Had a few issues but they were dealt with efficiently and satisfactorly. All the staff we dealt with were lovely, friendly and good at their jobs. Even with the faults impacting our stay we would still come back.

Issues with shower draining (flooded apartment first night, told its an ongoing issue due a drain being tiled over), hot tub was filthy (again told another ongoing issue due to only wanting the lady to come once a week to clean it). Couch is a duck feather one and the feathers kept coming out and pillows weren't great.
