Valencian Apartment

Apartamento muy cómodo y muy bien situado.

Solamente estuvimos una noche, todo estuvo bien.

This is my second stay in this wonderful apartment, and I’m so happy to see that it remains just as cozy and comfortable as before. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into maintaining the place in perfect condition, making it easy to feel at home even when you're in another city. I also noticed some thoughtful new touches, like coffee capsules and delicious muffins—such a delightful treat after a long journey! The apartment was spotless, as always, which I truly appreciate. Despite the cold weather, the two large heaters easily warmed up the entire space to a comfortable temperature. Overall, another fantastic stay—I would gladly return again. Highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the building’s facade has been recently renovated, but it would be even better if the staircase in the entranceway could be updated as well.

Breakfast was not included

Upon arrival, we were given understandable instructions for entry. We got the apartment clean and nice. The apartment is nicely furnished, there is enough space (there were three of us), the biggest benefit is the balcony, where you can drink coffee in the open air. We just eat breakfast in the apartment, we didn't cook lunch, but there are enough dishes to cook lunch. All cleaning products are provided as well as hair and body shampoo. We did not use the washing machine, but liquid detergent is also available. I highly recommend the apartment because everything is close. The nearest shop is 4 minutes away, metro station 4 minutes, bus 5 minutes. We bought metro Emt card AB, which is valid for metro and bus. One ride cost 0.6€. You can use same card for multiple passengers. Public transport is perfectly organized, even if you are late, the transport will arrive within the max. 10 minutes. It is possible to arrange a later departure time with Inna. Inna, thank you very much for everything.

Earlier check in was possible, thanks to the friendly and helpful owner. Location is great, close to metro station and in walking distance to the beach.

No table for eating, no tv program,no day lights in leaving room

Great place for a group or family! Excellent communication with the host, she was always ready to answer our questions. I recommend it :)
