Valencian Apartment

Very comfortable apartment, homey but stylish. The guest bed was very good, not just the one in the main bed room. We had all the amenities we needed and felt very comfortable. Though I never met her in person, the host was very friendly.

Mosquito netting on the windows would have been ideal. It might be relevant to mention that there's no elevator in the building. Also, sounds travel quite a bit in the house.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and clean, fits for a family with kids. Apartment has everything you need, I have not had any issues with it.

A little bit far away from the city centre and the sea, but on the other hand apartment is located between then both and near the underground station, so it’s not a big problem to walk around 30 min or use underground which is very close to the apartment

Great location, I really liked the kitchen and all the little details Inna thought about, clean rooms, AC was great during hot days/nights, apartment fantastic for our family (2 smaller kids) - washing mashine and fridge helped a lot. Only one comment for families that travel with a bigger stroller - the daily moving of the stroller up and down on the stairs is not too convenient but for me it was a nice excersise. Overall Inna's appartment was great and when we will be visiting Valencia again this place will be our first choice.

After such a hot day, it was a delight to come back to a cool apartment. The restaurant you recommended was amazing, and I had a delicious dinner. The property was nicely decorated. Unfortunately this was the only positive about our stay.

Unfortunately we had a number of issues with the property. we booked for 5 nights and only stayed 1 night as it was so poor. luckily we managed to find a lovely hotel local. We arrived at the hotel late at night and was greeted by a cockroach, lovely! We started to unpack and I had to move the bed out which was a sofa bed. The lady from downstairs started banging on our door and was very aggressive. Saying we can’t make noise or she will call the police. In my 30 years of travelling round the world I have never had this! Then the air conditioning didn’t work. The host then said we could have the remote and we can only use it till 9pm at night or another neighbour would complain! I couldn’t lock the balcony door and my friend couldn’t lock her windows. We felt extremely unsafe and the area was awful. I was so hot I ended up sleeping on the sofa that night and it was extremely uncomfortable. I felt extremely frustrated as we had messaged the host before our stay due to other reviews about the nasty neighbour and feel worried and she said she’s just ‘sensitive’. However screaming at me and being aggressive is not being sensitive. we managed to get a refund. however, this wasn’t a full refund for 4 nights which I had expected . we were shagged one of the nights we stayed and was charged for cleaning and also a different rate during a weekend. Again I was very upset we didn’t receive the correct amount as we had to pay for another hotel. I was also told I would only get this refund if I didn’t leave a bad review. In my experience this is not how to communicate and respect guests. luckily we managed to book other accommodation the next morning and it didn’t ruin the holiday. Just a very bad nights sleep!! listen to the reviews of other people, I wish we had!

The location It was close to metro,Maritima station

The neighbors were a nightmare. We was so scared,when two neighbors went to our door and they were drunk or high and they told us to not walk in to the apartemt because we are loud.But they were so loud.We want to call police. It was really a nightmare.We want to leave that place. I do not recomend because of them.

I had a wonderful stay at Inna´s place. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and had a stylish grey design that made it feel very modern and chic. The kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy for me to prepare meals during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Also, the location of the apartment is very convenient, and all places of interest (in my case - sea shore, historic center, and local market) are easily accessible. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Valencia.
