Very clean, modern and spacious Views are amazing Hot tub a lovely feature Finished to a lovely standard

Lacking a few comforts that would make it a better stay which I will discuss with the host.

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament z zachwycającym widokiem. Świetna lokalizacja blisko sklepu oraz punktów widokowych na ocean. Dużym atutem było jacuzzi, które pozwalało się zrelaksować po całym dniu zwiedzania. Apartament był przestronny, i bardzo komfortowy. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy w to miejsce ponownie. Dodatkową atrakcją były codzienne wizyty papug, które chętnie przylatywały na balkon. Były bardzo oswojone, a możliwość karmienia ich ziarnami sprawiała nam ogromną radość.

Apartament wymaga kilku drobnych poprawek remontowych. Zepsuta spłuczka Chociaż jest nowoczesny, przydałaby się wymiana części wyposażenia kuchennego sztućce, talerze oraz czajnik były już mocno zużyte. Dodatkowo drzwi balkonowe bardzo ciężko się przesuwały. Minusem był również problem z dostępnością miejsc parkingowych.

Really good location. Love Puerto Del Carmen old town. The apartment was very modern, huge balcony over looking the harbour . Definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed *****

Wasn’t convinced the hot tub had been cleaned & had seen other reviews about it, so we just didn’t use it which was quite sad . Also no kettle!? Or frying pan

Lack of glasses no wine glasses no mugs, no toiletries so no hand soap in bathroom. WiFi was poor. The place just needs a bit of TLC, stained curtains windows and balcony glass need a good clean hot tub a bit worse for wear a bit of money spent on it and it would be fantastic

Het grote terras met een schitterend uitzicht! De ruimte van de studio was goed.

De studio ziet er mooi uit maar er was zoveel dat niet in orde was. Het is te duur voor wat het waard is. Je betaalt enkel voor het terras met het uitzicht. Er is helemaal geen praktisch comfort voor degenen die er verblijven.(vb. te kleine wastafel in de badkamer. We hebben 1 keukenkruk gebruikt als minitafel in badkamer en 1 als nachttafel, geen fatsoenlijk licht in badkamer.) Gescheurde lakens, vuile matras zonder onderlaken. De jacuzzi hebben we niet gebruikt omdat die er niet proper uitzag. Moeilijk contact met de host 'Luisa.'

Eerder beschreven opmerkingen over dit verblijf zijn nog steeds correct. Weinig huisraad, klein bed, geen zitbank, versleten terras meubilair en vochtvlekken op de muur. Jacuzzi was wel proper en zeer aangenaam. Contact met verhuurder beperkt zich tot 1 Whatsapp bericht met toegangscode.

Lovely apartment, Great views, Hotel tub was a bonus.

The sliding doors were hard to open and close. Maybe a little maintenance required. But help with the views.
