Beautifully decorated flat. Hosts were very good at communicating and helped us with all our queries. Was easy to walk to town and get a taxi from outside the complex on the main road

I didn't appreciate before booking that we'd be right next to the restaurant. It felt a bit uncomfortable being on our balcony with all the diners sat on the terrace

bungalow no 22's location is super! 10m to pool, 10m to best and affordable food (los amigos). 10m to carpark. 50m to strand promenade. Lot's of good restaurants and shops along the mainroad on "top" of Bastian Estate. All comfy and functional and you have the feeling of privacy. Very well maintained gardens and very clean pool.

Taxidriver did not find the bungalow (Bastian is a fair big housing/bungalow-estate!) and arriving saturday, the "reception office" was closed (open monday - friday!)... a small situationplan on outside wall of that office would show the way from taxi-stop to bungalow and would be very helpful. When I opened the door, the alarm went off! Please supply a code to stop it or tell cleaning staff not to activate before a booking.. Bungalows are wall-to-wall so in the evenings (during TV-time) it was a bit noisy. Due to wear and tear the bungalow needs a bit of maintenance (loose sockets/light-switches,door-holder on wall-unit in kitchen, big bath walk-in shower is not sealed properly so after a shower the water flows from inbetween the tiles into the bathroom. Some doors don't catch into the frame properly and open themself when it's windy.

"Perfect location and very comfortable apartment."

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. With the heated pool being a being a 30 second walk and the beach a one minute walk it was a perfect location.

"Perfect property in the ideal location"

The location is perfect. A short walk from town and right next to a beach. There are 3 pools on the complex and the entire estate is well kept with a very pleasant feel to it. The property itself has modern and well equipped. The owners responded when we had a small issue with a blocked shower drain, so that was perfect as well.

Great location

Apartment was a little tired in the living area. Showers were excellent and really powerful, however hot water ran out before we had all managed to shower.
