Perfekt für Städtetrip, fußläufig zur Innenstadt, in der anderen Richtung zum Szene-Kiez, gute Bus-Anbindung. Geräumig - bei Maximalbelegung und Eigenverpflegung könnte Geschirr/Besteck etc. vielleicht knapp werden, und ein zweites Schlüssel-Set könnte helfen. Für uns war es nicht nötig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top!

Das Treppenhaus ist wenig einladend, auch der kleine Balkon zum Hinterhof, beim Städtebesuch aber egal. Das WLAN ist gut. Kurios jedoch: In der Wohnung und der Nähe zum Haus funktionierte mit unserer Provider/Roaming-Kombination keine Mobiltelefonie auf verschiedenen Geräten. Kann - wie bei uns - bei der Anreise verwirrend werden, wenn die Instruktionen zur Schlüsselübergabe nur an der nächsten Seitenstraße empfangen werden können.

The location, in Rufaza, was superb, eating and drinking with the locals. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base to explore Valencia. Just steps away from the city’s main attractions, great restaurants, and public transport.

The only minor downside was that the apartment could get a bit noisy at night due to its central location, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t always the strongest.

El piso era muy bonito

The location was perfect for us, the layout of the apartment was great, the kitchen had all the appliances you need and the apartment was decorated in a modern style .

The bed side shelf was hanging off the wall, the chairs for the dining table had screws either missing or very loose making them very unsafe to sit on and the rocking chair was also in a bad condition as the screws were also very loose in it . The front door could only be opened from the inside with the key, the handle did not work which could be a safety issue if you had to get out of the apartment in a hurry.

Апартаменты уставшие, достаточно чисто , что понравилось , две отдельные спальни и гостиная, квартира просторная, расположение хорошее 10 минут до станции и центрального рынка, магазин, рестораны и кафе рядом, Валенсия очень красивый город , можно посетить Океанариум и Биосад, посетить подземную реку в часе езда от города.

Как я уже отметила апартаменты уставшие, требующие небольшого ремонта , в первую очередь кран на кухне и ручка двери. Об этом уведомлен персонал на что они ответили что ни кто не жаловался на эти проблемы, похоже они не читают комментарии
