We stayed in the apartment of the Happy hosts for nine days in the beginning of February. We had some doubt going to Valencia in February, but the weather actually was very nice. 17 degrees quickly feels like 22 when the sun is shining. We arrived a bit later than expected at the apartment, but the friendly hosts had arranged the keys in a coded box next to the door and instructions by whatsapp. Easy peasy. The apartment is on the second floor and has a great view on the busy street below. I can imagine that it will be quite noisy in summer with the windows open, but in February, the morning sun is at the quiet back of the apartment, where there is also a balcony. The location is excellent. It is right on Russafa and the old town center or El Carmen are easily reachable on foot. We recommend 100 Montaditos. We were surprised by the food and later by the bill. Cheap but very nice and diverse. The livingroom is nice and spacious. There is a table with four chairs, comfortable couch (which does need a cleaning quickly and thoroughly) and a well enough smart television. The kitchen has the basics and an oven. This is also spacious and comfortable. There are two bathrooms. We only used the one with the shower-cabin, because the other has a hand-shower in the bathtub. We did not use the bath. For the light packers: Yes, there is a fully functional washing-machine and for the lazy buggers: Yes there is a dishwasher. Besides the matrasses, there could be more attention to detail; the The hosts are very friendly and always ready to assist. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had, helped us arranging a taxi back to the airport and brought us a new toaster within an hour after the one in the apartment stopped working. Very good hosts. Would we book it again? Yes, without any doubt, but only after having made sure the mattresses are renewed and the couch is cleaned.

Couch needed cleaning badly The location of the second bedroom really makes it an apartment for two persons. Not for four persons. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one is very nice at the (quiet) back of the building and you can sleep with the balcony doors open, the other however is placed in the center of the apartment, so no windows and thin walls to the livingroom, hall and bathroom. The matrasses need to be replaced. Both beds are not as comfortable as could/should be. If you have back-problems, this probably is not for you to be honest.The matrasses need to be replaced. Everything was great! It felt like home. :)

Large apartment, good facilities like kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Livingroom, airco. 5 minitus to centre. Lovely quiet area with lovely restaurants at 5 minutes.

Balcony front directly on crowded road. One bedroom very warm, without window.

The apartment was very spacious, located in a walking distance from main attractions. Nice neighbourhood. Both living room and main bedroom had AC. Sara was a wonderful host. Went out of her way to provide an iron and also provided area to leave luggages after check out time. Can’t recommend enough!

Nothing in particular. If I had to mention one thing it would be that there was no lift available in the block.

Great location and comfortable apartment.

No soundproofing between apartments! There was no electric kettle or basic toiletries like hand soap or shampoo. Also no simple items to keep the kitchen clean (as requested) like a dish brush or sponge, a few bin bags or dishwasher tablets.
