The location of the property was excellent. It was clean and well prepared for our visit and the owner was friendly.

The booking on booking.com showed as two people staying. I advised the owner several weeks before hand that we were a party of 4. On arrival she advised that we needed to pay an extra €80 a night which couldn’t be paid by credit card. This would have been good to know before arrival. With the extra cost we may well have selected an alternative option. We were a party of 4 people in our mid 60s and 70s. The second bedroom was not good. It was very small so if you were on the wall side, you had to climb down the bed to get out of it as there was insufficient room to step out to that side of the bed- it was completely against the wall. The two beds were very low to the ground - almost like futons. One squeaked constantly. It was also an interior room with no window to the outside. Might be acceptable for small children but is not comfortable for adults.

Localisation, propreté. l’appartement est spacieux, lumineux. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a pu nous donner beaucoup de conseils.

Il faudrait installer du double vitrage car la chambre donnant sur la rue est très bruyante. Le lit de la petite chambre mérite d’être plus grand + il grince.

Lo mejor de alojamiento es sin duda la ubicación, estás al lado de todo. Lo segundo mejor es la dueña, está súper pendiente de ti y te ofrece todo tipo de consejos y recomendaciones.

Aunque en ningún momento dice lo contrario, es verdad que las camas son algo pequeñas, pero el inconveniente es mínimo, teniendo en cuenta todas las ventajas de alojamiento.

Propre, beau, confortable, bien placé, bien équipé. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire.

El ruido en la calle, porque si se abren las ventanas, se escuchan los coches (no obstante, nuestra estancia coincidió con la semana grande de San Sebastian, que había más jaleo)

Excellent central location. Comfortable, well-equipped, clean apartment. Balconies onto street. Quiet (during day). Friendly helpful owner nearby.
