Apartamento Europa Jardin

El trato del dueño, amable y cercano. La vivienda está en perfecto estado, camas cómodas, todo tipo de utensilios en la cocina, te sientes como en casa. El tener parking es fenomenal después de estar todo el día de rutas sin la preocupación de encontrar aparcamiento.

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia increíble. Pablo ha estado disponible de lo que pudiéramos necesitar en todo momento, con una genuina amabilidad, incluso de un cambio de última hora. El apartamento muy limpio, con todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia muy cómoda, sin faltar detalles de bienvenida… Reservamos la plaza de garaje tremendamente cómoda con ascensor directo al apartamento. Muy bien comunicada y con todos los servicios al lado (Mercadona, centro comercial, hamburguesería, …). El mejor apartamento reservado hasta la fecha… sin duda, cuando volvamos a Asturias repetiremos la estancia. Muchas gracias por todo

Lo que más fue la atención que recibimos y toda la información que nos facilitaron. El piso en perfectas condiciones y todo muy limpio.

Ubicación perfecta, el piso super completo tanto en la cocina como con plancha y secador, muy atento en cualquier detalle, todo súper limpio y las camas muuuy cómodas. Inmejorable

Everything was either perfect or very good. It is worth sleeping over there and paying the extra fee for the taxis. Appoximately 8 EUR one way to the city center. There is an enourmous Carrefour opposite to the appartment house. There is a very lively Gastro bar just on the corner with pretty and kind waitresses.

Then only drawback was the garbage collecting at 2:50 (not collecting in a very taking care, silent mode). However my partner sleeping next room heard nothing of it. If possible, ask the host for an appartment facing the nice roundabout full of flowers.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light during the day. It had all the appliances you could need, and they even provided coffee, which was a really nice touch. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Mercadona and Carrefour. It’s a perfect place if you’re traveling with your own car, as it’s very well connected to the main highways that take you to the top attractions in Asturias. It’s also quite close to Oviedo’s city center. The parking garage is fantastic—very spacious and easy to access. You do need to reserve it and pay extra, but it’s absolutely worth it for the convenience. The apartment is definitely worth it. It’s peaceful at night, and if you’re traveling in winter, they have proper heating. The showers work perfectly, and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Honestly, nothing major. I didn’t notice any air conditioning, so it might get a bit warm in the summer. If you open the windows, you might hear some street noise. But it wasn’t hot during my stay, so I can’t say for sure how it would be in hotter months.
