Very well appointed, spotlessly clean & comfy beds. Clean building and lifts directly from parking to apartment. Very convenient to local cafes, supermarkets, deli & bakery. An easy walk to down. Secure, large and very convenient underground parking bay.

It no air conditioning or a fan - it lacked cooling and ventilation. In the morning we could open the windows but later we had to draw down the shutters to keep the heat out. At night street noise is also an issue when the windows are partially open and even with the shutters down.

It was very roomy and comfortable for even 3 people.

Pablo was an excellent host, very professional, considerate and was able to accommodate us for additional nights. The apartment is very large and spacious, clean bathroom and kitchen will all the amenities which included complimentary delicious Asturian milk as a staple food item. We had a rental car and the parking was secure and clean. The area is family oriented and clean

The service was excellent, a very tidy, large and clean apartment close to amenities and not far from the centre. Will definetely return to this apartment when back next to Oviedo!
