Please note that late check-in after 20:30 carries the following extra charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival: - From 20:30 to 22:00 EUR 30; - From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 50; - From 00:00 to 01:30 EUR 80. Due to the surroundings and location of the house, with a variety of plants, as well as the general vegetation on Gran Canaria, insects may occur. We would like to point out that both ants and cockroaches are not uncommon on the island. Whether insects appear in the house usually depends on the residents. We take precautions throughout the year to prevent this from happening. Their presence during your stay cannot be grounds for a reduction in price or similar. Thank you for your understanding. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
