Location is awesome. Previous comments about stairs being narrow and difficult, true but managable. Small, neat space but has all the necessities. Owner very responsive and kind. I recommend this place.

The sofa couch was broken and we reserved this place to use this as a sleeping surface. When I contacted the owner he was very prompt and did his best to recify the situation. We negotiated a 15% refund and he contacted booking.com for this and I think to also edit the rooms description. He also brought extra sheets so we could use the mattess from the sofa on the floor. He also made great suggestions for options in Seville for food and tours.

Fantastic place to stay host excellent to deal with had no problems what so ever. Accommodation had everything we needed and location was couldn’t have been better.

Great location, small but everything needed for comfort.

The location is excellent, and Martin was very responsive and friendly. He kindly allowed us a slightly later check-out and shared some helpful tips.

The apartment is rather small, and there was a noticeable stuffiness when we first arrived. After airing it out, the air quality improved, though a slight musty smell lingered.

The location was great! Was able to walk to everything we wanted to see. So many great restaurants around. The mini fridge and hot plate were helpful to have. Very clean.

Considering how close it is to the center and the Plaza, it makes sense, but there is a lot of noise coming from outside on the streets. Minus the people there was noise of the late night garbage clean-ups. Other things early morning. You heard everything. I would also not recommend this place if you are tall. It has a low ceilings.

Fantastic location - right in the centre, and an easy walking distance to all major attractions. Martin provided easy to follow check in instructions. The loft had everything we needed for the stay, and was comfortable. Some things to note: there are some nights where there is loud street cleaning but we had no problem falling asleep. There are a few flights of stairs to get up into the loft. This is a fantastic base to explore Sevilla and we highly recommend it!
