Loft in the Heart of Seville

Everything was perfect. It is in the centre of Seville, near to every monument and tapas bar. We totally recommend it, and if we ever come back, this place will be our option !

Loacation

We had anticipated some noise from the bars in the square, this surprisingly was not a problem, what was a BIG PROBLEM was the NOISE from the heavy machinery used to clean the streets/ drains and the workers shouting ALL NIGHT! Poorly maintained doors/shutters to balcony, therefore no sound or heat insulation. Extremely shoddy furniture on balcony. Other apartments in the block have replaced their balcony doors. Uncomfortable bed. Apparently there is new front door to apartment block. The key operation was difficult and had to be jiggled to open. The key is also needed to open this door from the inside which is a major fire safety hazard. Most of the time the door was left wide open, maybe to overcome these problems.

Super property and Martin the host is very helpful. Don't think you can pick a better location as everything is in walking distance. Martin was fantastic as I made a bit of a mistake and called him at 11pm and he answered and guided me. He also sent a a whole list of things to do and the restaurants he recommended (I tried 1 as I was only there for a weekend) were excellent. The flat is also well equipped with a microwave, kitchenette and fridge. I believe there was a hot plate too but I didn't need to use it.

Pleasant and quaint small room with enough space for two mid size adults and 2 bags without being crushed. Sufficient kitchen equipment for breakfast and lunch. Small bathroom but very clean with a nice size shower and extractor fan. The balcony is too small to sit out on but allows an interesting people watching spot from just inside. Good aircon. Great host who really cares that you enjoy your stay and is well priced for such an excellent location right in the thick of things, you can walk to all the main attractions of this beautiful city from here. The acces is tight though with 3 plus sets of steps up to the Loft, but as to be expected if you wish to 'live like a local'. We would stay here again.

The apartment is super well equipped, clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony. You just need to know where you are going: everywhere in the Old Town there is noise non stop all night. So it’s an amazing place if you can sleep with noise/earplugs, but if you can’t, it’s best to stay in other areas. Maybe installing noise isolation windows would help since now these are quite old. The entrance is fine for able bodied people; you just need to open both doors if you have lugagge(but it is not accessible for disabled people). All in all I loved the stay, and if you can sleep with noise and are able bodied, you can love it too.
