CN PARKING INCLUIDO Apartamento 2D en zona monumental

Location was excellent

TV didn’t work for 2 out of the 3 days. No instruction manual in flat, no hot water for 1 day as switch had been turned off. Just a few minor issues but when only staying a few days it was a little disappointing.

Location, cleanliness

Entry system with virtual key. Ended up being trapped in an underground car park unable to get out. Thankfully, Ricardo came to rescue us. Very stressful.

Big apartment. Clean with all facilites you need. Location is very good. If you are coming with a car - street is a bit narrow but manageable. Nacho from Sevilla Check-in team was really helpful - the instructions how to get to the apartment and how to get in were really good - no problems at all.

So close to everything, the Cathedral, Alcazar, restaurants and cafeterias. The free included parking place is a must, as you can’t find any parkings in the area.

The narrow street where the apartment is located, so that you need a smaller car to get in and out of the garage. Luckily our car fit into the garage door, but I got the information about the street only after booking the place.

Very nice modern apartament in Old building in city center. Perfect working air condition in such hot spanish summer. Everything so close . Plus for parking place ;)

We requested a car park, which was received- pretty tight, so recommend only a small car should you wish to also use the car park

Location & responsive staff

Less than two rolls of toilet papers for 4 people with 3 nights stay? And when asked to provide more, they said they do not "provide this service". Yes you do, if not do not list it. Big bed is very bad and you can not be comfortable in it (you would sink in.) AC in the room with big bed was not that good, but not a dealbreaker. For the love of God, give us keys instead of that stupid app to open the door.

Fully equipped flat, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee capsules, salt, spices, towels, etc. Free parking included just across the flat is a huge benefit! A lot of space (2 bedrooms + a separate kitchen + living room).

Access to the garage was problematic due to extremely narrow streets (but we were warned in advance by the host). The walls are very thin so you can here you neighbors talking :D The rooms could be a bit cleaner.
