Very nice building Very good location I don’t recommend this place just for the horrible check in experience

The pillow in our room was not quite fresh:/ The check in was a nightmare You arrive in a very narrow street and discover you need to check all 4 guests in with passports and selfies online ! While car is parked in front of the house in a very narrow alley. Then you finish and no codes are sent so you need to call them to give instructions for check in. We wasted 1 hour of very stressful time ! You need to leave the car somewhere (nowhere possible actually) to run up the building and take the parking keys then watch a video to see how to open the parking garage! All this while other cars start to line up behind and you have no clue where to ‘store’ your car while the whole process is happening.

Location was great; nearby cafes and shopping and easy walking to historical sights.

The apartment had a full kitchen but lacked salt and pepper, olive oil or cooking oil and paper towels. This was incongruous with kitchen facilities. We were notified by a next door neighbor that we were not to hang clothes on the balcony, which we corrected minutes after the offense. Face towels would be a good addition as we only had one towel each for the three nigh stay. There can be excess noise throughout the night, but understandable given the narrow street and location.

Air conditioning didn’t work. No appropriate hot water. Only one person. Parking was very tricky. ants crawling on living room floor.

Great location and was able to park the car at the apartment. Place was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in July so was very hot, main bedroom aircon was not very powerful so nightime was very hot.

Location is excellent. Cristina was very helpful and responsive. Garage across the street.

Shower curtain too short, water all over the bathroom every time. Air con is not good enough for the size of the flat. Some strange request re cleaning up ie fill in the washing machine with towels throw up the garbage etc. However, not bad all in all.

The apartment was spacious an in a great location we walked every where.

The street is very narrow and I’d difficult to get through if you are not used to it, we have to go and pay 25.00 euros in a public parking because it was very difficult to get in it. When we got this apartment because of the parking.

Absolutely great location! nice apartment, we were 4, apartment has 2 bedrooms, so it was very comfortable. Beautiful building.

The host sent all required information on check-in beforehand so that we didn't have any trouble in getting into apartment. The apartment was big enough for a family with 4 kids and located in the historical center which all famous spots are reachable by walking in 8-9 minutes. Free parking is also a big advantage.

It was not possible to open windows in one of the rooms and ventilation of bathroom is not that good.
