Very good localisation. Nice neighbourhood. Quiet (as for Spain).

Huge AC on a balcony conneceted with kitchen making it noisy and hot when the AC was working. Ants in the kitchen!

Good location. Very helpful host. Parking also provided. Good value for money.

Pictures were deceiving, so property is slightly underwhelming when entering. Also bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom not the best, shower trays leaks and floods the bathroom.

The apartment was comfortable and equipped of everything you need, included washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice the welcome pack for the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed super comfortable. Air conditioning super. Bathroom very big. Perfect for a week long stay.

Since there was no fun neither window in the bathroom, the door had to stay always closed to avoid not nice smell in the bedroom

Great full equipped apartment with lifts and good security. Well maintain with good local support staff. Very close, (one block) from major avenue with all manner of transportation at you disposal. We rented bikes for the 4 days ofr our stay and we were only 5 minutes by bike from the main park area that runs throughout the entire city, heaven on 2 wheels! Valencia is a very friendly pedestrian and bicycle city, well engineered. Apartment looks out onto a little local square with a huge supermarket with 30 meters, everything you could want for a 4-5 day stay. Well equipped kitchen for cooking that occasional meal.

The location is good, but not very charming. Also a bit far out of the vibrant city center.

It’s half an hour walk from the centre, but easily reachable by subway, bus or taxi

Very clean, comfy apartment. We could walk to the historic city centre and the city of arts and sciences and handy for the metro!

Everything. Couldn't have picked a better location: near metro and bus stop, half way between old town and beach. . Flat extremely clean and well furnished with everything you could need. Staff extremely helpful: made check in and check out easy and smooth.
