Great apartment in an excellent location. Everything in Madrid is in walking distance or a short metro ride away. We would definitely stay again.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is the Puerta de Toledo metro station, several coffee bars and a supermarket. The metro station La Latina is very close and you can easily walk to it. There are several supermarkets along the way, and there is also a place to store luggage at La Latina. The area is very quiet and clean. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped so that you can prepare food and wash clothes and dishes in it. Both bathrooms are neat, comfortable and equipped with hygiene products. We found tourist brochures and city maps in the apartment, which was very useful. The girl who welcomed us is very kind and helpful, as well as the person with whom we communicated via messages. In short, I recommend this apartment to everyone who comes to Madrid to get excellent accommodation for not too much money.

The apartment is on the third floor, and since there is no elevator, it can be a problem for the elderly and people with disabilities. It would be good to insert more towels so that they can be changed every day. The radiators are a little strange to handle and we were unable to start them, but the air conditioner worked great and was enough to heat the apartment.

Heating for 2 rooms did not work properly, except of this everything was fine.

Large, clean and spacious with large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with toilets. Modern well equipped kitchen with stylish oven and washing machine/dryer and cooking utensils. Fast wifi connection, great heating and cooling facilities, plus ample supplies of towels, and toilet paper. Situated just outside the city gates with easy access to metro, taxis, and buses, supermarkets, banks, and other shops. Nice and quiet.

Apartment is situated on the top floor, which was a slight struggle with luggage. Beds were okay but pillows were uncomfortable. Few items needed repairs when we arrived, toilet seat fell off when we first used it and drain in kitchen sink was blocked and smelly. Couldn’t get in contact with owners and we ended up fixing them ourselves. Apartment is looking worn in bathrooms with water damage to doorways and plaster walls but essentially functional.

Excellent apartment in a nice convenient location metro very close if you walk opposite way to town Madrid there was some lovely restaurants and bars . The apartment was very spacious very clean and fantastic showers was perfect for me and my daughter we had separate rooms and bathrooms

It would of been nice if someone would of met us to show how everything worked we couldn’t get heating on in main room very frustrating and was very cold although we weren’t in much , also there was a stove top espresso maker I bought coffee for it but wouldn’t work on the induction hob 🤷‍♂️only minor things but bit frustrating

Beautifully decorated modern apartment highly recommend to any visitors to Madrid.

Just a minor detail one of the showers nearest to kitchen doesn't drain the water properly needs unblocking.

Great host, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need in an Apartment. The best part of the apartment was 2 sets of bathrooms which was much convenient as we were two couples travelling. The location is very practical as all the major attractions are reachable with a mero which is located 3-5 mins from the apartment.
