Premium Piso Loft de 3 habitaciones en centro histórico

The location is good as you are 10-15 min from the main avenues and city center. You have two super markets just crossing the street. The loft was very clean and the hosts were very helpful and kind.

There is only air conditioning in the living room, so the three rooms feel very hot during summer nights. There is not elevator to the third/forth floor

clean, had a kitchen but couldn’t figure out how to use the appliances, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms liked living room with TV and 2 couches

didn’t like being on 4th floor difficult for disabled twin bed was hard, need instructions to operate each appliance including A/C, stove, microwave, washer.

We liked the amenities and it’s location. Also having 2 bathrooms was handy when there were 4 of us ladies travelling.

it’s on the 3rd floor (this was not mentioned), although it was specified that there was no lifts in the building.

Well-appointed apartment in an excellent location. It was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms as we were two couples travelling together. Contact with our host was very easy and we were able to already pick up the keys and leave our luggage, even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, which was very nice.

Nothing, we had a great time.

the apartment was beautiful, and the staff was simply amazing: very accommodating, and they had great communication

the fact that it's on a 3rd floor and (as far as I remember) it doesn't say so in the description, because we weren't prepared to take our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. also, the heating in the living room wasn't working so we were told to use a space heater, but it wasn't enough 😖

There is only one air conditioner in the kitchen the bedrooms are hot at night Thankfully it wasn't too hot when we were there but I can't imagine going in the summer Fans are needed !!

Apartment is in a very quiet area and its location is in walking distance to the centre of Madrid. It was very well kept, clean and included all the amenities necessery to spend a great stay. Fully recomended.

The only negative thing that I would say, is that there is no lift to reach the apartment floor. Being with luggages, it would be a bit hectic to go up by the stairs. Also, there was only a single AC in the whole apartment. Therefore, it would be a bit weak to be able to cool all the rooms simultaneously especially during the night. But other than this, it was great and would surely recommend.
