La ubicación era perfecta para disfrutar de Logroño, además tenía servicios a poca distancia. El piso estaba equipado con todo lo necesario.

Al piso le falta un poco de mantenimiento, ya que olía bastante a humedad y se aprecian las manchas en la cocina y baño, así como otros ciertos detalles de falta de cuidado.
