Comfortable, clean, all the things needed to welcome two weary travelers from the Camino. The Washer was an excellent amenity.

Fourth floor with stairs, but not a big deal.

Location is excellent, because is central, and yet in a pedestrian small street.

A full size body mirror was missing.

This apartment is like a home away from home...spacious, quiet, clean, and well-appointed. It's a place where you can cook a meal, wash clothes, work in an office, lounge in front of TV or watch the world from the sunny verandah. It's also a 5 minute walk from most of the town's attractions.

Nothing.

So many things were positive here. Cleanliness, approachable and helpful staff, quick response, facilities and goodies were on point. Difficult to choose the best.

Honestly, nothing was bad enough to be added here, really. If anything accessibility, not having an elevator or aid for people with disabilities could be a negative.

Location was good.

A guest tourist information folder would've been helpful. Eg how to use the stove, bus lines, recommended eating places etc. Also wording for future guests, how to keep the lights 'on' up the stairs.

It was very easy to get the keys. I got clear instructions, even with pictures.

Very difficult to gain access - took 2 hrs to get into the place.
