Great location, cosy livingroom, good terrase with nice view

Not cleaned floor, especially dark hairs in the bathroom in the corners; dirty pot in the kitchen closet ; no possibility to hang on the towels in the bathroom. Everything is very small, apartment is set to minimum, just to sleep in there. Broken coffee pots, no chance to hold it when hot except only using the towel... Not comfortable bulk bed, pay attention not to heat the head while getting up

"Girona gem."

Lovely aspect..balcony with views onto city walls walk. Relaxing and comfortable while also being centrally located. Easy to reach from station too.

"The location is not enough to make up for price and poor conditions"

The location...

Picking up a key from a key box on another address (which can be misunderstood) than where you are staying is not ideal! Instead of being negative, I will just list the facts from the top of my head: - last minute tourist fee payment of less than €20 THROUGH bank transfer is simply unaccpetable. In North Europe there are now very strict legislation on cross-border bank transfers, so it is quite expensive. This should have been handled way earlier through a credit/debit card transaction link! - No cooking tools at all, very unhealthy pan - only one very large pot - only two wine glasses - dinner table light not working - very unpractical living room lightning - a 27 inch "TV" in 2024!!??!!??? - very dirty terrasse - dirty terrasse furnitures - loose bathroom faucet - dysfunctionel shower head (witch I fixed so now it works) - no closet space in the apartment - limited sofa with no reading lights

"Very nice localization. Nice appartment but requires new equipment and repairing the air condition."

The property is very well located however has some issues.

The kitchen appliances are very worn out. The air-condition is not working at all - at least in August is not able to reduce temperature below 28 degrees what is extremely hot.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location. Nicely furnished with everything you need. Spotlessly clean inside with lovely views over the city walls from the terrace. Communication was excellent. Responsive and helpful before we arrived and key collection was easy. Would stay here again.
