Beautiful loft in old town

Excellent communication by Carlos and location of the apartment. Parking at Interparking Placa del Puerto is perfect but a bit pricey c. €30/24h.

Very good for a short stay. Fairly limited space but very well thought out, with everything you need in good working order. In a prime spot. Absolute position A. Quiet at night despite location. Good communication. Hard to fault. Would stay again 100%.

Not much to dislike. Since the survey is structured this way - 3 very small things. 1. A proper oven would be a good addition. 2. Some kitchen items, salt, pepper, laundry capsules etc, would come in handy 3. I'm not overly convinced of the entrance system. The phone app is convenient and works well, if staying local, but if I was doing a long day trip, taking lots of photos, I'd be worried about my phone battery lasting until I got back. Or if it failed for some reason, I'd be locked out. Not sure that the humble key has been seen off just yet! Very minor issues, and number 3 may be a wider issue as opposed to this property.

I recently stayed in this apartment for three nights with my sister, and we had an amazing experience. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the keyless entry via a phone app was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable—just a street back from the seafront and marina, with plenty of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. It’s also only a few minutes' walk to the beach, making it perfect for a seaside getaway. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated in a loft style, with exposed stone walls that reflect the character of the local castle while maintaining a modern, comfortable vibe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the heating/air conditioning was simple to use. We loved the two little balconies, which added a nice touch to the overall charm. Considering the central location, the apartment still felt very private and cozy, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. On top of everything, the price was very affordable for the quality and experience offered—truly great value for money. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!

Nothing was really an issue during our stay. The blind broke at one point, but the owner was quick to organise a technician who fixed it the very next day, which we really appreciated.

Location Comfortable bed

To start, Carlos is an amazing host. Super easy and fast communication, and he also shared options for getting from the airport and what to do in the area ⭐ The place truly lives up to its name. A dream home right in the old town, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, scenic spots, and just a few minutes from the beach. We also slept like babies here. Comfortable bed, good AC, and you can adjust the lighting to suit your taste. Without a doubt, we'd love to stay here again when in Alicante! 🤗

It would be nice to have some included salt, pepper, etc., for cooking. Otherwise, nothing to complain about—this place is a gem 💎

We were really surprised and pleased that the owner of the apartment took a really good care of the guests. The apartment is set with 2 beach towels, mat, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Basically, when you travel for a week or less, you need nothing to bring with you. You have all needed for a beach holiday. I would also like to thank the owner of the apartment for the compliment- a bottle of wine. So sweet :)

We wanted to get it for free, but we had to pay for it at the end. But it worth the price :)

This loft was so so great! Getting there was easy and the owner was very polite and helpful. The location is top notch as well! In the middle of old town, lovely restaurants and caffès all around and a great atmosphere. The loft was more than spacious for us and very comfortable and clean. Also so esthetically pleasing 😍😍😍😍 We were by car and there were also a few private parking spots for a reasonable price very close to the apartment.
