Beautiful loft in old town

A gorgeous apartment with lots of lovely little touches. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location, right in the middle of the older part of town. The host was very helpful with ideas and suggestions for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

the location is very central, there is noice of the restaurants in the street but the windows are good isolated so it was never a problem for us. The Semana Santa processions are right below the windows

the blanket was a bit thin, I guess thats normal in Spain but we’re from the Netherlands and I like a thick blanket😅

Carlos, the host, is superb. He was incredibly helpful and provided information about local restaurants, sightseeing spots and points of interest. His friendly and quick replies were a great factor to make the stay even more enjoyable. Carlos obviously put a lot of effort into the flats and looks at all details of service for his guests. The position of the flat is as comfy as it can get in Alicante. It's a 5 minutes walk to the city's beach, just about 10 minutes to the central market and 15 minutes to the train station, from which one can do day trips to Murcia, Valencia, Elche... Best of all: the restaurants are just in front of the door and the vibrating night life is nearby, but the noise doesn't reach the flat's inside at all. Party or beauty sleep, the choice is yours. Nothing is missing in the flat: coach, coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer, washing machine, beach towels.... All the inventory is in excellent condition and of good quality. While the stonewall does give a feeling of traditional, cozy home, the kitchen and bath are modern and stylish. We really enjoyed the stay at this place in all aspects and every regard.

The stay was too short. We must come back some day, or better: as soon as possible.
