Lacatorce Apartment

This flat is really good! Francisco, the owner, is very attentive and is always available and making sure you have have everything you need and your stay goes as smooth as possible! The flat was very clean, with everything we needed. The small terrace is a big plus. We spend 9 nights in this flat and honestly we didn’t want to leave. The bed was very comfortable, and the couch as well! The location is great, super close to the supermarkets, a nice walk to the beach (your cardio will definitely be better after a week! ), and also a 10 minutes walk to Benalmadena- Arroyo de la Miel, where you can find restaurants and stores. We walked for the 10 days we stayed here. You will also find everything you need to cook! The neighbourhood is super nice, and you feel safe! Also the neighbours are all locals, who will always great you with a smile! Being myself someone who travels a lot and work in hospitality I always find something to say, but in Francisco flat there’s nothing to say!

The apartment was clean, spacious & had everything you would need to spend a week or two there. It is situated in a quiet location about 15/20 minutes walk down a hill to Benalmadena & about 10 minutes walk to the more traditional Arroyo de la Miel which is lovely. A 10 minute walk takes you to the railway station where you can explore further afield. Francisco communicated well & was available if help was needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an mediocre small apat. the location is a bit fra from the center of Benalmadena. Very much curly road to get to the apt. The neighborhood is not that nice

In a few words - everything's great! Located in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to shops/cafes, and it's only a short walk to the marina/central beaches. Public free parking is available in the closest area. The property itself is very neat and clean, all as described/shown in the photos. A lovely sunny patio is located immediately outside the terrace which is an advantage for any person/family who wishes to chill in the fresh air.

Location was quiet, but lovely. Not too far from some good shops and bars/restaurants. Kuros was the best place to eat. Stunning property inside, Francisco was amazing and so helpful.
