"Prima verblijf voor 2 personen, niet aan te raden voor meer personen."

Terras is pluspunt Goede locatie, wel ver van het centrum Prima keuken

Het extra sofabed is niet aan te raden om op te slapen. Badkamer heeft opknapbeurt nodig. App om de toegangsdeur van het appartementengebouw binnen te komen werkt alleen als de wifi in het appartement het doet Communicatie ging via whatsapp waarin ze veel persoonlijke gegevens vroegen zonder eerst uit te leggen dat dat nodig was om bijvoorbeeld de toegangsapp te activeren.

Este apartamento esta muy bien , para pasar unos dias en tranquilidad bastante amplio para 3-4 personas la terrazita muy buena imagino en primavera que genial

Primero la puerta del portal a veces no abría con la aplicacion, los calefactores que van por wifi y lo controlan ellos ... La puerta de la cocina no pinta nada y necesita buen engrase , la puerta de la terraza tampoco ayuda por que se cuela el aire frio al no cerrar del todo ... Por lo demas todo bien , seguro volvere

L immeuble est propre et très calme.

Il fait très chaud à Madrid l été et il y avait un climatiseur mobil qui ne fonctionnait pas bien (dans le premier appartement il soufflait chaud et dans le second on a dû rafistoler l évacuation pour avoir un semblant d air frais mais il faisait beaucoup de bruit). Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas bien il avait du mal à refroidir l eau. Le quartier est bruyant la nuit. On a mis un tapis de voiture sur le pare brise de la voiture pour le faire sécher dans le parking sous terrain de l immeuble et il a disparu comme par magie.
