Apartamentos Cinco Rosas

The location is nice for families: The subway is reasonably close and the Zoo/Aquarium is easy to reach. There is a direct bus to the Botanical Garden and Retiro park.

The house door and the apartment door are opened by a phone app. Opening the house door didn't work for us, we had to catch a neighbour who let us in. Opening the apartment door worked. Luckily we found keys for the house door inside. We were there during a cold spring week and tried to switch on the heating, but it didn't work. There were also smart heaters inside which didn't work either. We found warm blankets, but the bag was locked. On the other hand, the shower was scolding hot and could not be turned down. The owners couldn't be reached to resolve this due to Easter holidays. There were barely any hooks in the bathroom, we had to drop everything on the floor. We ran out of toilet paper. There was no soap, we had to buy our own. So there is a lot to improve in terms of facilities.

Location suited us

The property needs a lot of tlc !! We felt miss sold on the roof terrace!! Correspondence in Spanish

The boiler didn't work well. That's why my stay wasn't so good. We were cold. Sometimes we had hot water and sometimes not. And so was the heating. But fortunately some days later it got warm
