"Poco cómodo pero bien situado"

Ubicacion y cercanía a tiendas, bares y centro histórico.

Manilla puerta baño muy ruidosa. Estores ventanas rotos. Aislamiento acústico ventanas muy malo. Almohadas malas y muy blandas. Manta para el sofa cama muy paqueña. Para 2 personas bien…para 3 o 4 poco cómodo por la ropa de cama del sofà.

Ubicación muy buena , a 20 min andando de todos los lugares turísticos de Sevilla. Buena atención y limpieza.

Fuerte olor a cañeria en la escalera. Humedad en la pared de la habitación en nuestro apartamento n° 4. No había tostador. En el baño no hay colgadores para las toallas. Es una zona tranquila pero se oye el ruido de los coches.

"Falta de mantenimiento en general !!!!"

Lo mejor la ubicación. Cerca del centro de Sevilla. Que pudimos dejar el equipaje a las 13h !! Aunque estaba terminando la chica de limpiar.

Las escaleras de subida a los apartamentos son tan pequeñas que no cabían 2 personas. El lavabo se atascaba , el bidé se atascaba. No había perchas para colgar las toallas de baño. La entrada del portal olía fatal!! Había una humedad pequeña en el dormitorio. Muebles de baño con cajones que no cerraban para nada
