Apartamentos Recaredo 7 , 2ª planta

We’ve stayed in five different accommodations in Sevilla, and this was by far the most disappointing—and ironically, the most expensive. The apartment is extremely old and poorly maintained. It’s been superficially dressed up with a few cheap pieces of furniture to look decent in photos, but the reality is grim. - 🛏️ **Beds**: Ancient, uncomfortable, and creaky. The sheets were thin, scratchy, and felt like they came from a discount bin. - 🧼 **Cleanliness**: The place was dirty. Dust, grime, and a general feeling of neglect. - 🤢 **Smell**: The worst part. A strong sewage odor permeated the apartment, masked (unsuccessfully) by aggressive chemical air fresheners installed everywhere. The combination was nauseating. None of us slept, and we all woke up with headaches. - 👎 **Customer Service**: We contacted them immediately after arrival. Their response? “We don’t see a problem.” Only after we filed a complaint through Booking did they reply—at 7 AM the next morning—offering to move us to another hotel. A joke, especially with three kids in tow. This place is a textbook example of misleading advertising. It’s not just bad—it’s borderline uninhabitable. Save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else.

Location was great. 10-15 min walk from the train station, which was helpful as I have to drop luggage there on the day I was travelling back. Airport bus also departs from the station so convenient. Also very close to the city center. Apartment was the right size with a comfortable living space and a huge couch!

As it's located on a busy road , it can get a bit noisy. Apartment is on the 2 floor with no lift so bare that in mind if you have heavy luggage to carry. Kitchen is really minimal. Didn't have to use it at all as I only stayed for 2 days but maybe not ideal for a longer stay. Bathroom had some tiny issues with toilet flushing at times but otherwise all functional.

O apartamento é excelente, muito bem localizado e bem reformado/conservado. A cozinha é funcional e bem equipada. É um ótimo lugar para ficar em Sevilha. O atendimento dos hosts também foi muito rápido e profissional o que passa bastante confiança. Gostamos muito e voltaríamos no futuro.

O único ponto que dificulta um pouco é não ter elevador no prédio, o que prejudica a acessibilidade, principalmente se a viagem é com crianças ou se eventualmente a pessoa tenha necessidades especiais de locomoção.

Estancia perfecta en el apartamento número 3, camas muy cómodas, cocina nueva y equipada. Supermercado y restauración justo debajo. Parking José Laguillo a solo 9 min andando, con plazas anchas, y reservando 12h antes por su aplicación, hacen descuento. El apartamento está en muy buena zona, muy céntrico. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue muy buena desde la reserva.

Ubicación muy buena, con buenos bares cercanos para desayunar y comer El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y está bien decorado. Para cualquier duda, la anfitriona responde con rapidez y muy efectiva

La insonorización de las puertas que dan a la calle. Armarios bastante antiguos y la puerta de baño hace bastante ruido al abrirse o cerrar, lo que por la noche incomoda al molestar al resto

Appartamento pulito e dotato del necessario per il soggiorno di 2 o più giorni, cucina , pentole, piatti , posate , tutto pulito e ordinato . Nel bagno è presente anche il bidet che aggiunge ulteriore comfort al tutto , specialmente se si è italiani. La proprietaria , Rosa , è gentilissima e sempre disponibile , chiara nelle spiegazioni e rapida nel rispondere . La struttura è a pochi passi dal centro e da supermercati e ristoranti , tra cui un'ottima caffetteria . Letto molto comodo , così come anche la poltrona e il divano .

Non c'è qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto , esperienza totalmente positiva .

Central position in Siviglia. Good spaces, wide bathroom and restroom. huge and brand new refrigerator . The nice and helpful cleaning lady

Not really good for the cleaning of the apartment. A few plates and cutlery. Only two glasses of which one for the scotch :/ there is a coffee machine which needs capsules and they provide a box of capsule but incompatible with the machine. Beds are not very comfortable.
