One whole the apartment was good had a couple of small problems they were sorted with in 10 minutes

Our bedroom was on the main road lots of traffic noise and the hallway had an awful smell

Clean and inexpensive appartement near city center and in walking distance to the important sights.

The environment was very loud. The nearby street was loud and the shutters could not be closed. The neighbours and the cleaning staff of the other appartements were loud as well. Because of the restaurants on the groundfloor there was sometimes a smell of frying fat in the air.

Plenty of space and cooking facilities

Advertised facilities that either broken or damaged. The safe is broken, the shower gel dispenser is broken and toilet paper ran out on our 2nd day of our 5 days’ stay. Managed to email the owner but no attempt to rectify the problems. Very disappointed

Location, nice arrangement of the living room, bedroom and bathroom, as well as the kitchen. Wifi worked like a charm, responsiveness of the apartment staff as well. All sights for a must see visit are within 15 minutes easy walking range, and even 2 Carrefour shops are nearby, as well as Mercadona which is 10 minutes away. And large variety of shops, restaurants and bars.

Noise. Our apartment was street oriented (bedroom), and I was unprepared for the acoustics which were pretty heavy in the morning. Maybe it has something with the fact that we have arrived from the Canary Islands, and that amount of cars, buses and bikes making all that noise was just shocking. Even from the streets, since I was going for the coffee every day. The street itself is busy during rush hours, and in the evening is alright if you don’t pay attention to occasional noisy bikers. If you are not ready to be flexible when it comes to looking for a parking, don’t come with a car. There is a blue zone nearby which is fine to leave a car after “payable” hours, and not so far away is a white zone which is good to leave a car for a longer time, without paying. The building doesn’t have an elevator, which we didn’t mind, but someone who has a large and heavy luggage would have an unavoidable training.
