Location was good

There wasn’t anyone at property to meet us and let us in when we were told there would be. We had to ask the hairdresser next door to the property if she could possibly contact the owners. She did this and they eventually gave us a code to get in. This was after 30 minutes of us arriving at the property. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and creaked when you sat on it let alone when you moved Eve slightly in your sleep.

Kitchen tools were very dirty, like kattle full of scale and spunge dirty in the sink..

La verdad que el apartamento con su zona común es muy acogedor, me gusto el estilo y poder compartir con otros huéspedes en la zona comun .Mi habitaccion Shangai, era muy bonita y amplia, me gusto mucho.!

La comunicación con la administración por watsapp debería ser mas fluida.

No responden muy rápido el número de watsapp. Es decir no han respondido en casi 48 horas , porque quería saber cómo entrar . Y el Número del portal No corresponde. Dicen que es el 32 y el número en la puerta es 30. De echo hay dos puertas que dicen 30.

Przezroczyste „drzwi” do toalety. Brak rolet, łóżko skrzypiące przy każdym ruchu było je słychać, BRAK CIEPŁEJ WODY POD PRYSZNICEM. Słaby kontakt z właścicielem.

WI-Fi not so good .

*Great location--very short walk to get to the waterfront promenade, to the beach, and with lots of restaurants, parks, and even a Carrefour supermarket very nearby. Intermittently loud from the street with middle of the night trash pickups and noise that echoed into the bare rooms from outside on the street. *It was nice to have the kitchen space available, with hot water kettle, fridge, toaster, and microwave. I appreciated having a couch and a book exchange in the kitchen space, and nice to have outside terrace.

*Non-accessible entryway: Although there's an elevator for use with luggage and baby stroller (which was appreciated), there are multiple steps to get into the lobby, up to the elevator, and when coming from the elevator into Sunny Stay. *TERRRIBLE check-in experience. Never got sent an entry code. Tried calling and messaging Sunny Stay on WhatsApp on the # provided, and they not only didn't pick up the call, they never answered any of my messages, whether in English or in Spanish. After 1 hour of sitting in the nearby park and trying to contact the property on WhatsApp and on Booking, I came across their "emergency" after-hours other # in the confirmation message. Called, and the person who answered (Andre) was very curt and said, "No me molesta" ("don't bother me"), but did send me the access code. Then it was confusing to get the keys from the lockbox. *It feels like nobody works there, it's almost like it's self-managed -- if you have any kind of question, it's going to take them 1+ days to get an answer. The dish soap ran out and was not replaced. If you need another trash bag, there are no more available.... *No decor on the walls (almost). Just bare, echo-ey, character-less accommodations, in the hallways of Sunny Stay and in the guest rooms. Noise echoes, including when people open the doors to their rooms. Harsh lighting in the rooms and in the kitchen. *NO CURTAIN on the window of the rooms, except for very thing gauzy fabric that did NOTHING to block out the bright streetlights. It also meant NO PRIVACY when changing clothes, since anyone could look in from outside (straight through the useless curtain), and straight into the bathroom, unless you close the (clear glass) door to the bathroom. *Unlabeled bottles in the shower area--is it body soap? shampoo? lotion? conditioner? *Unlabeled trash containers in the kitchen--was one of them intended to be recycling?

La limpieza no estaba mal y la habitación y el baño eran amplios

La cama no era muy cómoda y encima solo nos pusieron una sábana. Aunque sea Alicante, hace frío que lo pasamos bastante mal. En la habitación había una farola justo al lado de la ventana y no había ni persianas, ni cortinas opacas. Descansamos cuando amaneció y apagaron la farola. El agua de la ducha salía templada tirando a fría.
