Handtücher wurden während des gesamten Aufenthalt (8 Nächte)nicht einmal gewechselt

Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, es gab aber Kaffee und genug Platz, um selber Frühstück zu machen. Küchenrolle, Schneidemesser und Korkenzieher wären ganz hilfreich. Die Lage ist gut in der Nähe der Strandpromenade, Geschäfte und Lokale befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Busbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt.

Schlüsselübergabe war etwas verwirrend, weil die Hinweise des Unterkunftgebers nur auf Spanisch und nicht auf Englisch kamen.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van. Könnyen megközelíthető minden, boltok, part, óváros, vasút. Nagyon részletesen elküldenek minden információt ami a bejelentkezéshez szükséges. A lakás nagyon hangulatos, fantasztikusan felszerelt közös tér és kert helyiség. A szoba is tágas, megfelelően berendezett.

Az ágy nagyon nyikorgott, kicsit kényelmetlen volt. A fürdőszobában a fuga, illesztések nem a legtisztábbak, de összességében nem volt akkora probléma.

Excelente ubicación cerca de todo, habitación amplia y limpia, servicios incluidos dentro de la casa.

La falta de información para el check in, informan hasta último minuto, creando con esto incertidumbre. La entrada al apto esta en reforma lo que genera malestar y confusión. La cama hace mucho ruido a la hora de moverse.

No funcionaba ni la cobertura del móvil ni el wifi, es entrar a la habitación y quedar totalmente incomunicada. Pregunté por mensaje y no me contestaron. De hecho el teléfono compartido por aquí no recibe tampoco mensajes. El colchón era bastante mejorable. El agua de la ducha se iba e inundaba el baño :/

Completely appalling. Booking.com states the check-in times would be 14:00-16:00 but I was contacted by the property stating they would contact me at 14:20 with the code to get in for 14:30. I did not hear anything from them so I messaged them and called them continuously. Finally, by 16:30 I had to book somewhere else to stay as I just needed to rest. I did not hear from them until 18:30 by which point I had found a hotel and was finally resting. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the situation. It's simply not acceptable.
