Poca atención al llegar, faltaba ropa de cama que trajeron a las horas, un juego de llaves que no nos dieron hasta el día siguiente y cero coordinación con el check out que nos tuvo que resolver la chica de la limpieza. La limpieza tb bastante justa

La posizione e atmosfera

Portafinestra rotta e nonostante sia stato detto all'assistenza nessuno è passato a riparare e questo ha creato situazione di stress e insicurezza Portasciugamano in bagno rotto e ogni volta che cadeva a terra faceva un gran rumore essendo in metallo. Struttura carina ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione interna.

We loved the complex it’s beautifully maintained, spotless, and in a great location close to the Yumbo Centre. The apartment itself was quiet, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay even a iron and ironboard 🤣. The garden was even better than expected, as the photos seem a little outdated. It’s very private and secluded, making it perfect for relaxing in peace or sunbathing without feeling overlooked 🫣😂. I’ve added a few updated photos to give a better idea of the space. The complex also has two excellent swimming pools, both exceptionally clean and well maintained, with a lifeguard on duty daily from 11am–7pm, which was a great added touch.

A few maintenance issues outside affected our stay and would be worth addressing, as the apartment and garden area otherwise have great potential. The inner patio doors were broken, so we only had the flimsier outer doors to lock, which felt a little concerning from a security point of view. The parasol base was also broken, meaning the lovely blue parasol couldn’t really be used unless you improvised a bit. Replacing the current patio tablecloth with one that has a centre hole for the parasol would be a simple improvement and would also help cover the older stained table underneath. Unfortunately, the hammock was ripped, so we didn’t feel safe using it in case it gave way. We borrowed sun loungers from the pool area initially, but were later asked by the host to return them, which we did. We were told replacement loungers would be provided the next day, but this never happened, leaving us without anywhere comfortable to sunbathe and having to make do with the patio chairs instead. With a few repairs and some updated outdoor furniture, this could be a really fantastic space hopefully these will get addressed as we would love to return again.

La maison est charmante, le jardin est très agréable avec des jolies fleurs et sans vis-à-vis, la piscine est un plus! Il y avait beaucoup de produit utiles a notre arrivée, sel poivre, café, savon etc. L'emplacement est top a coté de Yumbo centro.

La remise des clés a l arrivée est très compliquée, l adresse indiqué sur booking , ne correspond a rien, il n y a pas de lieu de rendez vous précisé, personne ne répond au téléphone, il faut avoir de la patience, persistance et la chance pour rentrer. La porte du jardin est cassée. Nous avons eu des grosses pluies et l eau est rentrée dans la maison, partout... Le gestionnaire n a rien fait il nous ai simplement demande d utiliser nos serviettes de bain pour empêcher l eau de rentrer.

Property was very nice, modern and in a very quiet location despite only being a few minutes walk from the Yumbo centre. Beds where very comfortable and the gardens where lovely and peaceful.

Nothing to dislike about staying here.

La maison est vraiment mignonne j'ai eu un petit coup de cœur ! Accès facile, pas loin de tout à pieds !! La piscine à quelques mètres, très sécurisée. Je m'y suis sentie comme chez.moi!!

Kiva puutarha, siisti moderni kylpyhuone, hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Vuodesohvan alla oli paljon roskaa, ulko-ovien alla raot joista hyönteiset ja liskot pääsevät sisälle ja terassin sisempää ovea ei voi lukita; pelkkä säleovi toimi terassin puolella.
