Spacious apartment, large roof terrace and a very pleasant stay. A washing machine and more linens and towels for a seven-day stay and a slightly better bed would make this apartment perfect.

Apartment in a really undesirable, run down area with limited lighting. Very lonely, intimidating and felt really uneasy. No air-conditioning and it was hot, stuffy and smelly. Drains smell everywhere. Fan in bedroom did nothing to help. Boiling hot as soon as in apartment. Sweating just sitting there, and this was in February! No windows that looked externally. All looked into small desolate gaps within the building - dirty and full of flies and mosquitos. Kitchen window did not lock, or shut fully so unsafe and flies and mosquitos came in through this. Messaged host to advise did not lock, said would look at it but didn't. I'm a female traveller on own so did not feel safe. Would have moved elsewhere but the only places with availability were very expensive towards £1000. Shower curtain blew inwards as used so reduced Shower size by half. Also flooded whenever used as water did not drain. Have to turn Shower off every 2 minutes for 5 minutes to drain, otherwise over flows into bathroom. Only two rolls of toilet roll left for 9 days. Tray in oven was old and filthy. Kitchen tap Leaked. Some half used sundries left in kitchen which looked grubby with some out of date August 2024! Key box to enter building is extremely difficult to see numbers on evening as so dark. Torch from mobile did not help as was reflected off the metal number rolls. Main door to building was often left open so anybody could have walked in - even more worrying as my kitchen window did not close properly Bed was so uncomfortable and the mattress was really thin. So thin that the bed frame pressed into you as you got in and out of bed A dirty cloth was left on the bed frame Would not recommend to anyone

The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you needed (the kitchen). Additionally, a hair dryer, towels, a safe. There were no bathrobes if someone was counting on it. However, there were 2 additional blankets. The beds in the rooms were double and comfortable. It's a pity that there were no single beds in at least one room, because it's more convenient when traveling with children. For us, it wasn't a problem. Our apartment didn't have a balcony or terrace and it was a slight disappointment, but the beach was quite close so we didn't make a big deal out of it. It's a pity that there is no explicit information on the website about which apartment has what, then it would be easier with the reservation. Now that we were there, we know what to book next time because we will definitely go back there. Very good and nice contact with the owner. Everyone will find something for themselves. A taxi from the airport takes about 7 minutes.

No balcony or terrace to sit on in the morning or evening.

It was very clean and close to beach

The owner when contacted was shouting on the phone as I couldnt find the box to get key. This was very stressful. The noise from other apartments was so bad I could not sleep.

Very clean, great location, brilliant equipment available for self-catering and very clear instructions given from the host. Specious terrace - Which exceeded our expectations! Oh and the cleaners were very friendly!

We were extremely happy with our stay, but one minor thing we didn’t like was the two single duvets on the bed, we would have preferred a double or king sized duvet. However, we are aware this is just our personal preference and it didn’t affect our experience.

Great stay in Arrecife. Easy to access from the airport by bus. Beach and supermarket were within 5 minute walk.

Appartment is very well located, very clean, well equipped

Good location, easy access to beach on one side and harbour on the other side. Flat was clean and spacious.

Second floor apartment. No good services included. The description didn't specify which floor the flat was at. Not ideal for family with kids and lots of stuff to carry, like buggy. Description said shampoo and shower gel was provided by host, but once there there was none. After asking to host, they said "this is not an hotel". Description said coffee machine provided, which was right, but with only 2 coffee pods for 2 adults and for 6 days. Not ideal! Usually hosts provide coffee pods that are specific to their coffee machine. Mattress wasn't one of the most comfortable I have slept on! Last but not least, all my previous hosts put in the fridge at least a bottle of water, as a welcome, so when you arrive after travelling you can drink something before going for basic groceries. In this flat, not even a bottle of water was provided. Staff wasn't really helpful.
