Great apartment in a good location. Has just about everything you need

There's a water boiler/pump just above the apartment that's quite loud and comes on every time someone in any of the apartments runs hot water, pretty annoying at 3am (would have been a 9)

I liked everything

In the shower you need a glass partition, water on the floor after using the shower

Great central location, always found a parking spot very close to the house. Beach and all shops are 5-10 minutes walk away. Very friendly and helpful host, loved the roof terrace and bbq.

Air con on roof of bedroom was very noisy. Electricity went out a few times but was fixed very quickly. Internet didn't work on smart tv, but was working fine otherwise. I would recommend to bring a chromecast or apple tv if you want to watch streams like netflix.

The 1st floor apartment was very spacious & clean. It had 2 shower rooms & the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It had 3 comfy beds. It was a 10 min walk to the beach & not much further to the bus station. Our host was very accessible & answered any questions we had promptly. If we were to come back to Lanzarote again for a few days we would consider staying here again.

The kitchen was in the middle of the apartment with no windows to outside. However, it was very bright as the ceiling was opaque & could open but we didn't try. The living room did have a balcony but it would have been nice to see out while we ate. Also, the front bedroom did get quite a bit of noise from the street at times. We had to swap rooms & it was OK for someone who was a heavy sleeper. The photos did show a rooftop terrace but disappointedly, we did not have access to it.

Everything was perfect, since check-in, it was 5 minutes walk to the ocean, supermarket was neighbour to Lanzalina, but it is opened only in evening hours. Another supermarket is 2 minutes walk from apartment. Just perfect.
