"Excellent stay"

Very clean and comfortable, good security, great views and location, well equiped...great friendly host , who was very informative. Midweek clean and linen change unexpected but welcome.

Not a criticism just an observation. One of our party was a disabled wheelchair user....she was unable to use the shower as there was no shower stool or handheld shower attachment.

Me encantó las vistas , me encanto el piso, a mi y a mi familia nos pareció pequeño pero cómodo fuimos 3 .

Al principio me pareció un problema el aparcar ya que llevábamos mochilas pesadas en vez de maleta con ruedas, pero a 5 min puedes aparcar sin problema.

Apartamento super nuevo y con todo lo necesario, con unas vistas impresionantes al mar desde las habitaciones. Ubicación perfecta para ir andando a todos los sitios y con líneas de autobuses en la misma puerta. Javier es un encanto y nos aconsejó qué hacer y que ver en Santander. Nos dejaron una cuna y una trona para nuestra hija.

El apartamento C es un bajo con acceso directo desde la calle pero no fue ningún problema. En la parte trasera justo debajo de las habitaciones hay un bar con terraza pero las ventanas insonorizaban bastante. Lo único malo es que puede costar un poco aparcar cerca, pero hay varios parkings en los alrededores.

El piso está muy bien ubicado: sin estar en el centro, se llega andando o en transporte en pocos minutos. Cerca también del Sardinero y las playas. Barrio muy bien, tranquilo, residencial. Si bien es una planta baja, el lado que da al mar está elevado y la vista es impresionante. Estaba todo impecable, súper limpio, camas cómodas, buena climatización (aire frío/calor), bien el agua de la ducha. Con un cuarto amplio y un sofá cama doble en el salón. Muy buena atención de Javier y equipo.

Quizás le faltan implementos de cocina. Pero pedimos una jarra térmica y la trajeron enseguida.

Le foto traggono un po' in inganno perchè nel nostro appartamento la zona giorno era una vetrina sul marciapiedi ma per il resto tutto bene
