"Pobyt w tym miejscu oceniam jako bardzo przyjemny."

Lokalizacja oraz cena są największą zaletą tego miejsca. Również komunikacja z obsługą była super. Mieszkanie jest czyste.

Najgorzej oceniam standard, nieco przestarzały wystrój. Za parking trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić.

"Korrekturbedürftiges zentrales Appartement"

Ein sehr zentrales Appartement mit Aufzug und Videoüberwachung in der 2. Etage einer Eigentumswohnanlage. Grundsätzlich ist alles vorhanden, um dort wohnen zu können.

Die unbequemen abgelebten Lattenrostbetten sind unzumutbar und sollten dringend durch ein am besten King-Size-Bed mit darüber anzubringendem Ablage-Regal (wäre vom Platz her gut möglich) ersetzt werden. Schade, dass der Vermieter dies trotz der zu diesen Punkten bereits bestehenden Rezensionen noch nicht getan hat. Daran krankt die im Übrigen nette Wohnung. Prima wäre wegen der schattigen Balkone auch eine Heizquelle in den kälteren Monaten.

El apartamento está limpio y tiene todo los utensilios necesarios de cocina, tostador,secador de pelo, etc..

Las camas son muy incómodas, antiguas, hacen muchísimo ruido y no se descansa bien. El apartamento está algo dejado, en las fotos aparece mejor.
