Posizione stupenda , casa accogliente , abbastanza pulita .. l’essenziale per le pulizie era compreso . Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta sicuramente torneremo

Muy limpio y ordenado , cómodo, muy céntrico. La anfitriona es muy atenta y detallista. Repetiremos y lo recomiendo al 100x100.

Faltan algún toldo o cortina más opaca , entra demasiada luz y en determinados momentos es algo molesto.

El complejo es maravilloso y muy muy tranquilo y las zonas comunes,piscinas,jardines,etc, más que limpios 10/10. Repetiremos seguro. Y lo recomendaremos.

El apartamento necesita una renovación, lavadora rota, muy escueto en utensilios de cocina, calderos, etc y una mejor limpieza. Es grande muy ventilado y cómodo. Pero una renovación le vendría muy bien. Lo demás todo muy bien. Repetiremos seguro.

This apartment was fantastic, clean and in a great location. It was our first time in Gran Canaria and it's the perfect walk between the Beach, Bus stops and Yumbo. We loved it! Also there are on-site restaurants and a pool which are fantastic and very LGBTQ friendly!

Great location. Bed really comfy. The pool area was nice and quiet.

The WiFi was horrible, would work for 2 minutes and kick you off.

The apartment has an ideal location being very central but relatively quiet. The apartment had a washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle The property owner was very responsive

The apartment was advertised as having free internet, however this turned out to be free 'public' internet and did not always work and when it did the speed did not even register on my phone. This was reported every day to the owner and eventually on out last day a small touter was installed in the apartment which improved the internet greatly. The Television did not work and also on the last day an engineer came and re-connected the aereal and we received channels. The bed clothes were clean but there were cucarachas and bugs throughout the kitchen so we were unable to eat or to store anything in the apartment. Unfortunately our trip was a disaster because of the bugs and with no tv, no internet for most of our stay and also we had to stay IN the apartment EVERY day to let the technicians in every day to carry out the repairs and upgrades. I really do feel we are entitled to a full or partial refund or some free days in the future when we can eat IN the apartment enjoy a day OUTSIDE the apartment !!

I paid for cleaning and there was no cleaning at all
