"Pleasant enough"

Location was excellent, fridge freezer and microwave made eating in possible. Great communication with over/ manager

No TV channels, shower could scold and freeze within seconds (hot water ran out quickly), Internet came and went, decor dated.

Large, spotlessly clean very central apartment, easy self check in. Well equipped with everything I needed for a holiday stay. Very comfortable with great modern aircon.

If I was going to nit pick there is no balcony with this space being converted to a dining area. But honestly the location is so good there are plenty of great bars to have a drink in

Excellent location. Washing up liquid and initial toiletries for late arrival provided. Well equipped kitchen with 3/4 size fridge freezer Large apartment

The apartment is large because the original balcony has been used to provide additional inside space. We would have preferred to have the balcony. The shower cubicle has mould at the base of the walls. The under (protective) sheet was not clean. Insufficient toilet paper provided - the first time this has happened in over 100 holidays.

"Middle of Playa del Ingles"

Check in really easy with the Self-Locker Key. Great Position in the Main Street. Large Glass Windows make the Apartment really Lightful.

We had some problem with the WI-FI. We wrote by Booking to have Assistance and they didn't answer.

"Perfect for a short stay in Playa del Ingles"

Great apartment, centrally located. Well equipped for cooking. AC in the bedroom Very nice pool area, which does not get packed. Easy to park car nearby and good supermarket in front. Three restaurants in the building itself, plus beauty center and barber. Easy check in and check out via box for keys and support via Whattsapp

Wifi very weak; not suitable for remote working
