The apartments are very nicely decorated—I’d rate them a solid 9 for aesthetics. However, they’re located in the basement level (which I believe was originally intended for commercial spaces), and that comes with some serious drawbacks. In these basement units, essential building systems like the sewer pump, elevator machinery, and other utilities are housed in nearby or adjacent rooms. I had rented two apartments; I ended up moving out of the first one because there was constant noise—every time someone used a tap, flushed a toilet, or used the elevator, it could be heard inside the apartment. I raised a complaint, but understandably, nothing could be done about it. Looking back, I should have paid more attention to similar issues mentioned in other reviews. The second apartment I stayed in wasn’t as noisy, but there was still a persistent background noise. Because of this, I decided to leave one or two days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, I have to say that basement apartments with this kind of layout simply aren’t suitable for residential use.

Unusual style apartment ! very clean and well maintained .. bed was really comfortable and loads of hot water !! So great experience apart from - very little by way of cleaning products- bring some laundry powder if you think you might do a wash - ideal location for the palacio de congreso but a long hot walk to city propre !

It’s a noisy enough building- the industrial steel walls didn’t muffle neighbours very well and the plumbing is also quite loud - but think that might be standard in Spain ?

Space and we'll designed

Lots. No host, complex check in. And most importantly NOISE from pump. These apartments are in a basement of a flat and all water and waist comes down... and the pump makes noise. Also u hear the elevator well. This should not be a place to rent out. I had 2 apartments and moved to the other but left early. Beautiful place but a constant noise. Less than in other apartment. But unacceptable for the price you pay...

Design and location , near everything

Apartment is safe, stunning and very spacious. Was a very comfortable stay

Unfortunately due to industrial build style, there's little to no insulation on some pipes - we were constantly woken up when neighbours used water (did washing), showered or just flushed the loo

The pipes from the above apartments make a lot of noise... It woke us up very early every morning.
