close to the congress center (& not-close to the town-center) quiet neighbourhood

I was in 02-the artist, the tubes of waste water from the appartments higher-up run non-isolated through the loft from 7 till 9 AM, quite some "sounds of water"

Nice design with everything needed and super clean.

Next to the garage door, there was loud noise from time to time. Previous guests had broken toilet flushers that could not be repaired as we were there on a weekend-staff was apologetic and accommodating but there was water noise. Air conditioning does not cool upper bedroom.

Very Spacious and cool interior. Free Parking right outside or paid parking in garage. Big TV and full kitchen, industrial style appartment.

It is located outside the city center, this mußt not ne a downside but just be aware. The biggest downside is the noises - refrigerator, AC, water plumping noises from neighbours.

Space, location, spacious, unique design

The kitchen's equipment is basic. Not even teaspoons. Noise from the plumbing system from upper floors.

Cool, modern apartment with easy access (street level) and plenty of parking. Good, cheap restaurants very close by but a decent walk to supermarket. Host supplied us with a plastic chair to use in the shower.

Not a criticism because we chose the area but you would need a vehicle to access main sights of Valencia. Would have appreciated one more towel and pillow as there was only one each of these. With a wheelchair guest they do require a few more necessities such as these.

Benisur team with Gema, were amazing! The accommodation smelled so nice when we arrived and we had welcome card. The Best part was that Gema, wrote a birthday card for my mom and gifted a Cava bottle and Chocolates, which was really unexpected !!! She went above and beyond , what any usual hotel would do. Can’t wait to come back !

Hip, modern and spacious room, very pleasantly laid out in industrial style. Solid kitchen equipment. Perfect for two couples or family with children, but beware you're not in or very near the city, you'll need to take a taxi to enjoy Valencia.

Room was a little dark, but this is not a major issue. Neighbourhood is pretty uneventful, not much to do. Beware that you're not in the center or near the beach. To enjoy the beauty of Valencia, you'll need to take a 15 min taxi ride (which is not very expensive).
