Estoy muy desconforme la publicación en booking no menciona que tenia una un gan escalera mas de 80 Escalones para llegar al aparamento La escalera un sector le faltsbs mas de 2 metros de BARANDA DONDE SE ACCIDENTO MI CUÑADA DE 81 Años cayéndose pegando la NUCA contra un ÁRBOL LASTIMANFOSE BRAZOS, COLA Y UN CORTE EN LA NUCA. NO TENIA LUZ EN LA ESCALERA PARA ILUMINAR DE NOCHE Y EVITAR ACCIDENTES El servicio prestado Pésimo no tenía agua para beber ni tenia ni saquitos de te, café azúcar, bolsas de reciduos. En el baño al abrir la canilla se mojaba el Vanitory. En el condominio había un olor como a cloaca que proviene de un arrolló de la parte trasera del edificio. El Anfitrion se encontraba en Bilbao No tuvo una comunicación antes de llegar al sitio lo que perdimos 2 horas en encontrar el lugar que no lo reconocía ni Google ni WhatsApp. No tiene señal para los móviles NI WIFFI
